I want to reject calls on a root level.
I don't want to a program that accepts the call and then just disconnects it, thereby validating my number.
I don't want a program that just sends to voicemail, potentially filling my voicemail with junk.
There has to be something on the root level that will just reject the call, won't even let it register to the phone, right?
