Help I need help ASAP! (Details in message)

My H866c is stuck in recovery mode. Here is the text the phone displays:

Formatting /cache...
Formatting /HWUserData...
E:make internal image failed in
step 1...

Then after these lines of text display, my device freezes or renders it self inoperable. I cannot get it out of doing this. I can take out & re-insert the battery all I want & it just loads back into this. If anyone knows a way out please let me know. I'd like my phone back. Lol but thanks for reading & farther extended gratitude if I can helped with my problem. P.S if anyone needs pics of the message, don;t hesitate to ask.

sounds to me like bad RAM (which usually means a new motherboard or a new phone, whichever makes more economic sense), but I'd take it into a repair shop and let them determine exactly what's wrong.
