Root I need help . Cwm & flashing

My phone is stuck in a loop or whatever lg esteem cwm recovery v6.0.1.1 and i tried whatever i can. once i put the exitrecovery in my sd card but i dont know what to do after that because i tried to find it in my sd card but it cant find it. and i dont know how to flash the phone at all . its stuck , help me ! this is stressful ): help please

Well hello and welcome to the forum . I see you having a problem with the esteem . Well its not much to do place the exit recovery on the sd card . Put the sd card into the device while its powered off. Now turn the device on in the cwm mode and scroll down to where you have the exit recover flash the exitrecovery and flash back to the rom simple as that . Now if any problems post back . Have fun
