Hi, so recently my phone has began booting with an unlocked padlock and the words custom below it. I have never tried rooting the phone but am not the original owner so i do not know if it has been rooted. The phone gets no service whats so ever. i tried wiping data catche and factory resetting with no luck also got a new sim from AT&T. finally i tried downgrading from android 5.0 to 4.4.2 which gave me service but no internet access and the unlocked padlock went away. once i updated through AT&T back to 5.0 i got no service again. what do i do
