I Need HELP on ODIN PLEASE

I'm trying to use ODIN3 by following instructions from the forum.
Just wanna ask where can i get these files:

latona_20110114.pit
I9003xxxxx-xxx...-PDA-low-CL890053.tar.md5 MODEM_I9003xxxxx_REV_00_CL889972.tar.md5
GT-I9003-CSC-xxxxxx.tar.md5

you can browse the internet for it.. try google and follow specific steps on how to do it.. but flashing it with odin is the simplest.. anything with .tar on the end goes to the PDA button and you hit start
