Help I NEED HELP! phone freeze

Everytime I change my wallpaper or theme the phone freezes or crashes. I tried reseting but always happens. I need help! Why might this be?

EDIT: Also the pictures in my gallery wont load or show up. How can I fix this?

if your are using any replacement launcher, try uninstalling it and reinstall it, but you might want to backup your apps with titu and do a factory reset. And make sure you backup your sd card and external sd card and format them.

It happens to me with and without a replacement launcher. I already tried a factory reset and formatting my sd card. Idk why it keeps happening.

Goto settings / applications / running services.. bottom right corner will show you mem free..

I hard reset by CWM. I doesn't let me factory reset by settings because everytime i reboot it takes me to CWM.
