Help I NEED HELP PLEASE???????? go sms

i am going nuts here i down loaded the go sms and disabled the stock notifcation and everything when i click on a contact to send a text it comes up with a box with go sms oe the stock app as my default it ask witch one i want as my default so i check box and then hit go sms. and afetr that it works then i put app on my sd card to save some memory i tuen phone off and turn it back on i go to my contacts to send a text and the box comes up again how do i fix this its a pain in the ass i have been trying differnt setttings for about 2 hours pleas help :mad::eek::eek::eek:
 
Is the issue for the same contact? Each one will prompt individually...
What dialer are you using? Stock? Go dialer?
i use handcent messenger, it can handle mms/sms functions solo, do i just removed the stock messenger, problem solved :D
 
useing stock dialer i just thought gosms being able to move to sd card would help with the memory on the phone i never did try different contacts i will try this i have handcent now but you cant move it to sd i have been try to keep memory at 50% not sure if i go below that the phone will get slugish any help thanks
 
It won't get sluggish, i have taken it down to 8mb free...
But have you tried links2sd? (on play store) using a position on your sd card, it much more efficiently moves your apps to your sd card. Giving you more space.
 
thank you for the great help and advice new to this phone i have about the rooting just not sure if i want to try it i hate the stock crap that came with the phone but is rooting worth while to do.

yes..you cant do anything fun without root...but if you enjoy the stock way of things and are not into experimenting and making changes.
it wouldnt be for you IMO
