Help I need help please safe mode problem and android screen problem

SO I DROPPED MY PHONE YESTERDAY AND IT WONT GO PASS THE START UP SCREEN ON THE ANDROID SCREEN.. THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET PASS THAT IF I CONNECT MY PHONE TO USB ON THE COMPUTER AND PRESS UP VOLUME POWER BOTTOM AND SEND BOTTOM AT SAME TIME AND THEN IT GOES TO HOME PAGE BUT IT SAYS SAFE MODE I ALSO JUST DID A FACTORY RESET AND IT STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

Try pressing menu and then power and keep menu held down until you feel it vibrate

WHIlE phone is on?? I held down menu and pressedpower and held down menu nothing at all

Turn it off and try. Ive heard that makes you go into "safemode" but to be honest I didnt even know there was a safe mode.

If i cut my phone off it will be stuck on the android screen the only way i can get pass my phone being stuck on android screen is if i connect my phone into computer then safe mode happens

I found this Try it:

"I found an obscure posting that said to power on the phone while holding down the track ball and that did it. There are also other power on options: hold volume button up or down, hold menu down, hold menu + back...but for me, none of these helped...only the track ball."

See if your track ball is stuck "in"

It didnt work,, i dont know why my phone is all of a sudden stuck on android... I did track ball and other methods it didnt work so i just connected my phone to usb on computero cut back on waitied for my phone to cut on and its still on safe mode i dont know what to do and i doubt it can get fixed =(

That sucks. Try calling Metro customer service and ask them if they know anything about getting out of safe mode.

They'd kick him out, it happened to be, got dragged kicking and screaming by some guy who said I was like a spoiled kabob.

I can picture the caps out here...all caps rage lol, calm down and follow the steps like it was mentioned, if it doesn't work then, looks like you bricked your phone, permanently. (Which means going back to Metro.)
