Root I need help please someone help!!!!

I rooted my galaxy s5 installed titanium back up pro and integrated apps to rom now.. Google play services doesn't work.. I had this problem with Gmail so I Uninstalled it via titanium backup and redownloaded it thru the store all worked fine so I tried this with Google play services and it won't download says there is a problem contacting Google now my Google app doesn't work crome will not work I tried to download play services thru an apk with outside sources allowed and all that still says problem parsing package please help me anyone this phone cost me a lot and I don't have insurance on it and I paid outright for it someone please help me fix this problem

Also I hard reset my phone and factory reset it cannot contact Google..

Try a different gapps package and clear dalvik and cache

I see how that might work but i can't even sign in to Google and even if I download an apk when I go to install it it immediately says there was a problem parsing the package

So I figured it out finnnnnallly I'm pretty sure I had the wrong google play services downloaded for my phone I downloaded a few versions until one installed phone is working again anyone know how to take the apps back off the rom?
