hi im having probs with my battery life. its not charging properly and even as i type with it plugged in the battery life is goin down fast...2 percent in a minute. the rootin of my phone seems to be ok i have wanamlite. im wondering if to unroot it any everything. ive reset tweaks to default and ive wiped it and reinstalled loads of times but still does it. my batyery status in settings does seem to be high...mayb its that. suggestions please. can anyome help me to inroot my phone plz...i have sg3 x
 
The people in the S3 All Things Root forum (a subforum of the one Lilbit linked) will be able to tell you how to unroot. They may also have suggestions for other things that can help - perhaps a different ROM? In general you should be able to get at least as good battery life with a custom ROM as the stock one, so there should be some solution.
 
Normally the actual "root" isn't the problem. My phone is rooted but my battery life took a plunge after a system update.
Also an erratic app can have ill affects on batter performance.
 
yes i kno the rootin is ok the problems after but im not sure whats causin it...my screen is tskin most of it so im not sure how a csn fix it. my bsttery is chargin and its still goin down and im not even hardly touching it. so i think a fresh start may help me x

Download betterbatterystats.

Its much better than the stock battery info. It'll tell you exactly what the problem is, and maybe even how to fix it
