my moment went nuts on me and now it wont turn on i need help my phone is my life and i cant b without it i was downloading apps and it went crazy i dont know what to do even took battery out please help me

take it to sprint have them give you a new one.

Might try a Hard reset, you'll likely lose everything, but it might get your phone up and going again without waiting for sprint.
