My Galaxy Prevail didn't upgrade to Gingerbread because it is rooted so I tried to do the ODIN Gingerbread update thing from on here. The problem that I am having is that the ODIN isn't working with my phone. It would not do anything at all after sending me messages in the ODIN message box about large partition size & the last one said something about verifying source or something. Now Windows will not even recognize the phone at all. I don't have a clue what happened & I really hope that I didn't mess something up somehow. Please help

You may have to restart you pc to get your phone to sync up. Use the usb port connected to your mother board. Im having the same problem as you. Doubt your phone is damaged. Start with boost they helped me out but make sure you tell them it rooted. Your going to get the dumb guy a couple of times try to reset your phone. Dont put ## number and call if they direct you to. Its the sames as a fac reset. To get through to Boost... call Call 888-266-7848 soon as they ask English or Spanish hit 88 and you get right through. Hope it helps.
