Help I need help with browser.apk

When rooting my phone i delete browser by mistake. I think i fix by factory reset. But now my root explorer gone and browser gone and now i cannot download and install anything from market. I have found optimus browser.apk on forum but every thing i read on how to install it uses something from market...
