Help I need help with soft keys!!!

[HALPPPP]

Probably no one has this phone, but my Pantech Discover soft keys aren't working!!! It is sooo frustrating. I want to fix it, but all people on the internet just suggest apps. NOONE I've seen has helped. Is there a way to FIX the soft keys so I can use them? Plz respond ASAP!!

Or back up any data important to you and perform a factory reset.
Good luck

Did you get this fixed? I tried a factory reset. It didn't work on mine.
