Hiya, you actually should NOT need to download anything. Are you trying to transfer to a Mac or Windows, machine???
If you have the USB cable that came with your phone you will be able to plug that into your computer and the phone, from there all that you have to do is choose "Mount as Mass Storage device" or "Mount SD card." From there just navigate the folders under the DCIM folder then Find camera, drag and drop or copy and paste from there. :-D
I am sorry that I do not know exactly what the wording is,but those will get you in the ballpark.
If you have a Mac your phone will tell you the correct program to download.
