I just bought an unlock HTC Hero from eBay. The phone worked fine but I found that the Market app is not there. Is there anyone have the same problem with me?
 
That is strange - you should be able to find it by scrolling through the list of Programs, by hitting the "up-arrow" button on the bottom left of the touch screen.

If it is not there, I would suggest a factory reset, so that the original configuration of the phone & software is reinstated.
 
In certain markets (SE Asia is one) there's no Market app, it's replaced with Slide-ME (I think that's the name). The only around this is to flash the handset with another, Market-enabled ROM and then possibly use Market Enabler to access Market.
