Help I need some help PLEASE!

I just purchased a used HTC HD2 that has windows and android 2.2 running on it.

The person I got it from didnt reset it.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to get into android market place, but it keeps popping up for the previous person to enter their passcode.

I have tried to delete it, but it will not allow me to delete.

Can ANYONE help me PLEASE???

if you're asking how to do a hard reset, hit Menu-settings-sd and phone storage-factory reset.
