Help I need some help!!!!!!!!!

I want to unroot my galaxy prevail but i cant???..And i erase an app from the system does any one know how to restore the factory files i tryed the volume up and power and the menu it did pop out but when i erase everything and rebooted again the apps whern't there??? Or is there a sofware that i can get from samsung to do a whole reset of everything???? anyone????​

Check this link out and download the Odin Recovery ED13 . If your phone is rooted then i take it you already have the drivers . Put your phone in download mode ( volume down + camera then power on ) For ops , select the ops file that comes with the download (SPHM820.ops) . Place the zips in their proper places (BOOT,PHONE,RECOVERY)and click start . Let it run until it says PASS ! Make sure you thank hroark13 for posting the thread !!!
