I flashed GA10 from here

[ROM][ODIN][TAR]SPH-D710 GA10 (GA10 Modem/Kernel/ROM - Root/Stock)

everything loaded fine. although I can't make phone calls or send texts.

I tried updating PRL and Profile but they both error out. How do I get my phone activated again ?

try doing a scrtn reset ##72786# and the phone will re provision its connections to the towers

turns out the tower was down in my area so my phone couldn't provision, what a relief...
