Root I need some serious help please: boot issue

I tryed flashing a rom without disabling voodoo and know my phone wont even turn on. Any help please!!!! I can't get into recovery mode to flash with odin
 
lol, you dont use recovery mode to flash with odin, you use download mode.
its easy,
1. make sure you have odin set up and ready to go with all the files in the right places.
2. take the battery out of your phone
3. hold the volume up and down keys at the same time
3.b while holding the volume keys insert ur usb
3.c still while holding those volume keys with usb connected put in ur battery
4. wait for it
5. you should now see a triangle wit a android digging in the middle and odin should recognize your phone in download mode.

Sorry for the mistake but i can't get into download mode either because the phone wont turn on at all. Any other idea?
 
i read somewhere that its best to keep trying. let your phone charge. does the phone register that it is charging? i read that eventually it will catch on. if its just from a voodoo mishap you should be good though as i have done this twice already by accident and by sheer impatience.

when i charge the phone gets hot that's the only indication that anything is going on. I did some reading and found out it's called a hard brick but no clue how to undo it.
 
There is a way to force your phone in to download mode. I'm not sure the procedure, but I will look it up tonight and get back to you.
