Thanks for a quick reply, I was attempting to unlock bootloader and something went wrong. Im stuck with the messed up touchscreen and reversed images. I cant get back to stock no matter what I do. Is there anyway I go completely to stock?

the short answer is no. the long answer is kinda. there's a thread over on xda on how to fix this kind of thing.
