Root I need to get back to S-On, and Unroot (PLEASE HELP)

I have a Bell Wildfire S & I need to get back to S-On & unroot. I used this guide to root my phone & unlock the bootloader:

I don't know how to get s-off, but you could try re-flashing a stock HTC ROM. That would also unroot your phone. I'm assuming that you need warranty service or something, I don't think getting s-off again is as important as unrootimg.
