Root I Need Voice Dialer 2.2.1

If anyone has a copy of voice dialer 2.2.1 that they can post a link for a download i would be very grateful, i found out that to download the OTA update i need all the stock apps and my voice dialer backup will not restore, so if someone will go into their phone and get it and send it to me that would be great

Why do you want to take the OTA? It adds nothing useful. I think you should flash a rom and be done with the OTA updates.

I got the OTA update now, i dont want to flash a rom because on my Droid Eris it always slowed my phone down. I could make a backup of this stock rom and flash another rom and restore if i dont like it. Which Rom do you recommend?

There is only one rom for Ally and that's Velocity. And it is not slow.

I thought Frunisher was an ally rom, anyway. I have Velocity 1.1 is that the most recent update? Where can i find the Velocity rom?

Velocity 1.1 is the latest. Updates will be posted in the Velocity forum.

And yes there is frunisher along with the byron roms for a more stock feel.
