Ok so I preordered the Note the first day I was able to on AT&T but after a couple the cash was transferred back into my account but my order still says processing well today I lost my debit card so I have to cancel my card when I cancel my card AT&T won't be able to get the funds for my note what do I do?

Call AT&T and ask them what your options are, we can speculate all day but their resolution is all that will matter.

Usually the banks will authorize charges that were PRE card lost...so if ATT did a temp authorization on your account, ATT should already have an authorization number for the charge....check with your bank on their policy.
