Help I/O Test on quadrant

Every time I do a test on quadrant the I/O tests take a really long time about a minute each, and its mainly the writes, compared to when i first got it, it would take no more than ten seconds. Is there something I could do to fix this.

Not really,it just bothers me.

Hmmm...off the top of my head, I'd guess the partition it's writing to has gotten fragmented. But that's just a wild guess.
