Help I REALLY hope someone can help!!!!

I have an unlocked bell Atrix4g, and I cannot get the software upgrade!!! Anybody else have this issue??? I've downloaded the software upgrader onto my laptop and tried it that way, and still nothing!!!
it's driving me nuts!!!
any help would be so appreciated!!!!

If you're unlocked, y not just flash a custom rom. They'll probably run much better anyway. I'm running neutrino rom and it puts the new upgrade to shame.

thanks for the reply, BUT I truly am a smartphone dummy and haven't a clue what you're talking about............lol. From what I gather, it's because it's unlocked from bell and I'm with rogers.........
