Root I REALLY need help!!!

ok so i have an ally its rooted and oc'd. i was trying to flash velocity 3 on to my phone. did everyting and went to reboot. now its stuck on the verizon screen. so is there anything i can do to fix it? idk wat to do lol any help would be amazing!!! thanks

nvm false alarm lol i just went into the recovery manualy and cleared the caches

Don't worry I did the same thing when flashing Vel 03. Except I didn't have the recovery installed and had to do some hard-core IRC channel for help. After four hours though, between dots and and a couple of other people, got everything up and running again.
