Thought I wanted to share this...might be usefull to someone anyway..
I bought my first evo v at radioshack came with 30day warranty from radioshack if phone messed up I get a new one..so I've haded for 27 day rooted it and installed custom Rom..I later dropped it and got scratched from the screen ...so I decided to return it but it was rooted ..so what I did in order for them to not see root ..I got a 7.4v Li-po battery from one of my hobby rc car and connected the terminals opposite from the phone and 7.4v battery ..I then put back my normal battery to the phone and it didn't turn on
...I used this excuse of phone not wanting to turn back on to the employee from radioshack and got a new evo v yay
