Phone not starting

so a few days ago I was in developer options (LG D415) and switched to ART runtime, to try it out, thinking if anything went wrong I could just change it back . It restarted and said optimizing apps and then shows "starting apps" and that appears for hours until my phone dies. Otherwise it will just show that various apps have stopped, generally the android.systemui.com system or something like that. Someone please help! Note I have little space on my phone.
