Help I think I have malware..

i get a little + sign in the notification bar and every time it's asking me to either buy or download something.

any idea how i can get rid of it?

You probably downloaded an app that pushes advertisements to your phone. The biggest culprits (at least that I have seen) are MP3 Download Apps.

Download an app called Airpush Detector from market. It will detect these apps and allow you to fix them.

only downloaded the easyjet app and something called myfitnesspal in the last week.
so far telling me no airpush apps detected. will run it again if the message comes back.

i'm still getting these, airpush detector is not detecting anything. anything else i can try?
