Root I think I need a new radio

I'm on BAMF forever 1.0.8 and I've noticed my 3G Connections have been poor and 4G just got lit up in my city and the only way I can get LTE to come on is if I switch from CDMA + LTE/EvDo auto to LTE mode under the advanced radio tools setting. So I think I need to put a new radio on. Bamf has a list of radios here :
Radios!!

Anyone on Bamf have a suggestion as to what works best for you? Thanks.

Its probably bugs with the new network in your area. I don't know much about that ROM, but that would be my guess.

That being said, if you still want to try a new radio combo, the most recent from 2.11.605.3 is probably your best bet. They may be called mr3 or 906.
