Help I think my phone is running on development software

The optimus 2x has just been released recently in australia, but i got mine a few months earlier via a friend in seoul, and it has all the problems and glitches in it like all its other brothers and sisters out there, like just this morning i unliocked to check the phone and it went crazy with notification alarm in a continuous monotonous ring, I had to remove and re-insert the battery to get it to stop. Does this occurence and others i've had in the past mean that my phone is still running of developement software? If so how can it be resolved?

To be honest, the stock ROM is pretty bad, so it's not likely you are running a dev build. Easy way to check though is to look up the software version of the phone, if it's V10a/b/c/d then it's not. If you have a V09c one then it's pre-release.
