I'm in Philly and just updated. It came down pretty quickly in 4g.
Took a while to install and booted right up.
The first thing I noticed is that it `upgraded' my connection to 2g. Very impressive.
It also made the very fast phone crawl at everything.
Since I use Zeam launcher, things don't look radically different (although some of the icons are broken).
There used to be a way to shut down sync which also disallowed Market/Play from operating. Although there is a sync under mail, it doesn't affect Play.
I just *had* to update, didn't I?
P.S. Edy's had an Ice Cream Sandwich ice cream that was heavenly.
