Help I want beats audio

Hi guys!

I have the original HTC sensation and I would really like to get the beats audio on it but I really don't want to mess up my new phone. I think i'm all good with rooting it and turning S-off but it's after that, thats got me confused...:confused::confused:

All I pretty much want is the beats audio and I'm bothered about all the other stuff like sense 3.5 or whatever as I like my phone how it is although if I have to get the extra stuff, I will. So is there an easier way to do this or a very simple tutorial because I am rather confused!

Thanks so much guys I really appreciate your help and understandings!;)

If you've rooted and S-Off then personally that's the hard bit, flashing a ROM is easy.

Download a free app called Quick Boot, this will allow you to easily boot into recovery.

Make a nandroid by going into recovery and selecting backup, this makes a complete backup of your phone in case anything does go wrong, vital!

Use Titanium Backup to backup all your apps too.

Download the 3.6.13 ROM and the Superwipe script, place them both on your SD Card, boot in recovery, select Superwipe first and then select the ROM.

That's it.

As long as you follow the guides in the link I gave you then you should be fine, personally flashing a ROM is easy as you just select the ROM and press OK.

Do this at your own risk though and make sure you follow the guides 100%!

I have an XE, and to be honest you don't need beats audio. Just download a decent music player like Poweramp that has it's own equalizer settings. You get far more depth from that then you do with beats audio.

well now in the latest update to PowerAMP there is a HTC Beats EQ profile! so you do not need to flash a ROM!

if you are not already using PowerAMP, shame on you.

peace
