I want N.E.A.K. Kernel 1.3!!

I am using CheckRom v4 with neak v1.1 kernel. How to place neak 1.3 kernel in my phone? Through odin or directly through phone?

Heard that it seriously improves the battery life of the phone. True even without any voltage or cpu tweaking??

It's very battery friendly straight out of the tin, even with out set cpu or voltage control tweaks
