I don't understand your reasoning behind wanting to switch?
1) No shrinkage
2) Worse customer service reps
3) you will lose manufacturers warranty and boost support
4) more reported dropped calls and data outages
5) 2GB data cap even though they advertise "unlimited"
6) Cricket doesn't sponsor BYOD.. so you may just have to clone an ESN (which is illegal)
7) The Transform Ultra is NOT eligible for Move Music services
the list goes on...
besides Cricket using the same frequencies on their native network, they have an agreement to use Sprint's towers in some places, so you may very well be connecting to the same cell towers in your home calling network, thus you will not experience better call quality or data transfer rates...
