Help I want to restore my phone, a few question.

For some reason my phone has been acting really weird for the past few days. I don't know what my son (18 month old) did to my phone but ever since he played with it, it has been really sluggest and takes forever to load stuff.

Right now I am using the leaked froyo rom. I am thinking about going back to 2.1 because 2.2 was missing two things that I really liked bluetooth for my car and the stock android keyboard.

The question that I have is if I restore my phone will I have to re-buy all of the apps that I bought for the phone? I have about $10 worth of apps and games on the phone that I want to keep. I don't care if I loose the settings I just don't want to buy it again.

So in short will I have to re-buy all of my apps/games if I restore my phone?

No. As long as you sync your account once you restore the market will have all your previously paid for apps in the "my apps" section. All you need to do is re download them. Alternatively, you could back up through titanium and then restore assuming you want root access on your eclair restore.

I feel your pain. I have a 20 month old. I don't let him play with my phone anymore, he can do too much damage. I only let him play with my wife's iphone. Much less damage he can do.

Like the other poster said, you should be fine with your apps.
