Help i want to update my android

Recently the os got removed i add smthng like 3.2.1 viper rom i dont remember exactly earlymon helped me with that and now the systems update pops up everytime but does not get updates pls try help me out
I think i have system .5
Says to update to .10
Android : 4.4.2
Want to update to 5.0.x

The update to Android 5 is going to take a firmware update.

As I recall, we had trouble finding that for your phone the last time or something went wrong or something.

Yeah exactly something was difficult to find
What info do you need rn ?
I am going to download files like 1 Gb + again just for update ?
Ota or wtv makes no effect ?
