Root I was deoxed, rooted. I sbf'd. Factory reset.

and I wiped (data). So I was looking around my files and saw this. BTW. I got the OTA, no problem. So now I wonder can I just delete the odex files and I'll be deoxed? I guess I could freeze them first. I just don't understand why they weren't wiped with a factory restore. And I only reinstalled app only. no data or system with titanium.

Once you ota and reset etc you bring the. Odex files back this is normal, on the update 928 deosex no longer works so the only way you can be deodex is to do it by flashing a rom which is deodex (which most are but find out first) or to manually deodex
 
well ya the new files will be loaded, but why arent the deoxed deleted. There in the systems folder. Isn't that what the SBF and a factory reset are supposed to do?
And to make things a little more weird. I just installed the holiday theme.
Works fine..

this i am kind of confused on as the same happened to me ,just to be safe though i got rid of everything and started fresh

I didn't since I was on the leak but I did this this morning with my gfs x and I had all sorts of crazy stuff going on and yes I restored a nandroid that I made on her phone right after root but before a rom and took the its then data / factory reset, after the root apps were there but not working so I deleted every root app then rerooted with z4 then added bootstrap and flashed apex
funny thing is that even though I have it set to the market did not restore apps so I just manually did so
 
i also made a backup right after the .340 OTA. i tried do restore with that still had the files. i just did a factory reset, still there. so off i go to find the .340 SBF.

System only sbf for. 340 is in the tbh app and so is the. 320 full sbf which im told will work for ..340
 
im not having any luck. just for giggles i moved all the apk files that had a odex partner into a diff folder, and it was force close fest. so im just gonna wait till the full SBF comes out and try again.
