Help I9100 SD Card mount failure

SD Card could not be read while trying using siyah kernel to install file from zip, i read a lot but could not find a way to format SD card without SD Card reader.
how could it be done?
 
If the phone can't mount the card, it can't be. But since you were able to put the zip file on the card, you don't have to format the card, you have some other problem. (Unless you formatted the card for something other than FAT32.)

You ARE trying to install the file from recovery, right, not from a normal Android boot?
 
Fixed
Downloaded defult firmwire and then immdiatly back to cm and it works

Im using neatrom 442 the battery is really strange drains really fast and i lose 40precents when rebooting sometimes
Also without charging once the battery increased from 22 to 23
And when using camera i hear buzzing noises and feel vibration
