Icarus is 100% functional, it uses Launcherpro by default, so you would see a few changes there. Other than that the biggest change you will see is that your phone will actually work. No lag, when you hit an icon, it loads, all the things that stock does not do well due to bloatware. Install is easy, just read the instructions WELL before you do it. There are a few things that happen from time to time that a easy fixes, if you did the prep work beforehand.
