Root Icarus?

Okayy, so I installed icarus and It runs great but somehow I messed up the flash and I can't sign into gmail (meaning no market, calender) is there something I can do to fix this in cwm? Or do I need to reflash? And if I need to reflash do I start back from the very beggining?
And can I just flash to icarus and start from fresh downloading apps, or is titu mandatory?
Oh and I downloaded titu from 4shared, so I had to put my sd card back in before I could restore my apps..

I'm always sure to have a copy of a CWM backup on my computer just in-case.

If you backed up your phonebook, and apps, then just reflash, it was a bad flash.

Remember to:
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
wipe dalvik cache
>mounts and storage>format boot, format system, format data, format cache.
