We know its definitely coming, so we have to wait a few more weeks? So what ... hardly a big deal

I do think its only right that a device that is less than a year old should get the update, but take a look at some of the other manufacturers, they are NOT offering the ICS update.

Last thing I read was middle of February (unless I'm confusing this w/ my razr maxx). The hold up was Google checking it out? In any event, I'm super excited. Now my maxx just needs to get it, and I'll be set.
