The Ice Cream Sandwich SDK has been released!

Does this mean we will see Ice Cream Roms and Themes soon?

The SDK is really just for developing apps with. Custom roms are usually built from porting the firmware from other phones, which is pretty buggy, or by compiling from the android source code, which is what you really want.

Google have said the source should be released 'soon', but not before ICS devices start coming out

true, I just read the src wont be released until after the ICS devices are release, with a ETA of next month.

I hear ICS requires a lot of ram...
