Help Icon Distribution???

I don't think there is a way to change the size but what do you mean about icon distribution? Moving Icons on/off the home screen? :)
 
no like, with one of my home screens you can fit the google search widget and 4 other rows of icons, it seems as though it could fit 5 rows if only you could move them around. any ideas?
