I accidentally dragged an icon to my home screen and I don't know how to remove it. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?
 
For anyone else wondering how he got it...
Hold down on the icon for a few seconds and then drag it to the trash can that appears on the bottom of the screen.
 
How do you delete/change the bottom row of icons? Phone, Email, Browser and Applications. Hold and drag doesn’t work. Thanks!

You can change your apps in your dock
go into the appdrawer, hit menu, change the sorting to customized

hit menu, goto edit, then you can move the crap in the dock
