Help icon packs/changes

Is it possible to change icons if your phone is not rooted?
I'm seeing all these awesome screens /icons and would love them

Yes you can download another launcher like Go, ADW etc... though see my post below I have problems using other launchers as they wont set as default.

The other option is downloading "folder organiser" and downloading icon packs on the internet on your PC and transferring to your phone which I do.

Ya, I looked at launchers but I actually like sense so dont want to override that. If I get the folder organiser how do you associate the icon with an action? So lets say I get some icons from online and save them to the folder....how do I change the current icons for those new icons?

Not that I've really ever used Folder Organiser but basically you'd save the icon pack on your SD Card, go into Folder Organiser, select the app from the list and then select the icon from your icon pack.

Also, if you use a different launcher you don't lose Sense altogether, you'd only lose the Sense widgets and the launcher i.e. the black bar at the bottom and the app draw, which would be replaced with the new launcher versions.
