Good review. I wasn't impressed with the pictures to begin with and no way I was spending $40on it. Ill wait and see what the others make.

Yeah the model number matches up to the multimedia dock. Which is a dock with a remote to control movies and such. Its not a keyboard dock like the w500.

In regards to the Acer Protective Case, it has grown on me for a few reasons:
1. Thin & light, so not much weight added nor footprint addition.
2. Functions as a grip skin and "decent" overall protection.
3. To get the form fit, protection and grip function, you would pay more.... I guess this case is the only option really ATM.
Buy from Acer for $30 and save about $13 total cost from Staples price. For $30, the case is okay, but not $43 or so.

Not sure if anyone has seen this or got one but I just ordered it so will let you know. Was trying to order an easecase but unfortunately they only do the satchel not a book design. While the pair is boring black the pictures look like good quality.
Anyway loving my tablet. Only android I had previously was an N8 and that was thrown into a wall a day after I got it in frustration (joking but it was put in its box and never used again)

but I wonder if you have time please? do you like your acer tab? I am close to buying one, but will not play avi movies, must be another player that does. thanks. Also how to move files etc from sd card to in the tab etc.

Why in the world would you pay $120 for a case when Best Buy sells a Targus brand leather case that protects the tablet very well, and works as a very good stand. It's only 39.99 at best buy and WAY better than the acer brand case and I'm sure is comparable to these for $120..... Well worth the $40:

Yea sorry that was my bad i didn't see the date he posted it was 5/9/11 over a month and half ago. I guess the poster above my post resurrected an old thread and I didn't pay attention to the date!

For the screen protector i went to my local Ghost Armour kiosk and ordered one. I actually did the whole thing @ $55 since i have a 6 year old that plays with it more then me. And on top of that i have the acer case with stand. Very snug and nice fit that was free with the 32GB that i bought. For free its a solid A. LOL
