the iconia tablet would not connect to the wifi, I called support and did a system reboot, it did not fix the problem. We did this thing with holding the power button and the volume up and then moving the screen lock back and forth quickly. This was supposed to clear the cashe, it didn't work so support said that it must be a hardware issue and the tablet would need to be shipped for repair. Since I've had it less than 24 hours, I said I would return to pos. After I hung up, I tried the power/volume button thing again and it seemed to work, but now before it will do anything it is asking for a password. Since I never assigned any passwords I assume that it is a factory password. Does any body know this password, or do I have to call the support line again (third time)?
