Iconic device or not?

Title says it all. Can anyone confirm if it is or not? I've got an upgrade avaliable a week from tomorrow. If it's not iconic I can probably get it bumped up to now.
 
In the end, yeah...it started via email and took a few tries, but CS ultimately were the ones that did it.

Its all about getting the right rep, I think. Sunday they noted my account, but said I would have to order thru them and not in store. Today I called and asked to have my account noted so I could get it in store and not have to wait the extra day for it to ship...not only did she take care of that, but she also moved up my NE2 so I can use that tomorrow as well.

Awesome, thanks. CS told me on the phone today that if it wasn't an iconic device(she didn't know at the time) then there would be no problem. If it WAS an iconic device than it'd be up to her supervisor. I'll call tomorrow and report back. I usually get what I want with Verizon, they've been really good to me. Plus, I have a fairly large monthly bill and have been with them for quite a while.

NE2 is new every two which vzw retired a while ago, but those of us who still had it could use it one last time. Its a $30 credit on a new phone (I believe there were some ways the credit could be $50).

Iconic device is a phone that they absolutely will not all an upgrade even a day early...iPhone and razr come to mind as two of them.
 
Just got off the phone wish CS. I can confirm that this is NOT an Iconic device. We are a go for early upgrade. :D Thanks Crackers!
 
I was available for early upgrade but ALSO got my NE2 date (Dec. 28) pushed up until today. I'm sitting here with my shiny new GN for only $249.99.

They said Apple gives them ZERO flexibility on discounts like that.
